Marine Sanitation Systems and No Discharge Zones. This session will address one of the most important sustainability topics for recreational boats in Washington State, the No Discharge Zone or NDZ. Attendees will learn about NDZ's, receive important updated information regarding the status of the Puget Sound NDZ, and how it could effect recreational boating activity, and the implications for a sanitation system upgrade or replacement. The session will also address how technology will impact compliance with the NDZ, and what it means for your boating experience.
